Cardio

C25k – W2D1 on the treadmill

Strength Training

Plank – 15 sec x 4

Back Extension – 100 lbs x 6 x 2, 70 lbs x 10 x 2

Squat with dumbbells – 10 lbs x 6 x 2, 10 lbs x 8, 5 lbs x 10

Stationary Lunge with dumbbells – 5 lbs x 6 x 2, 5 lbs x 7, 5 lbs x 8

Deadlift – 15 lbs x 6 x 2, 10 lbs x 10, 10 lbs x 12

Donkey Kicks – 6 x 2, 8 x 2

Sidesteps – Red x 10 x 4

Seated Leg Press – 110 lbs x 6 x 2, 70 lbs x 10 x 2

Calf Raise – 110 lbs x 6 x 2, 70 lbs x 10 x 2
