Workout – 9.25

Cardio

Treadmill – 30 mins at 3.2 mph, increasing incline 1.0 every 5 minutes

Strength Training

Squat with dumbbells – 5 lbs x 8, 5 lbs x 10, 5 lbs x 12

Stationary lunge with dumbbells – 5 lbs x 8 x 3

Deadlift with dumbbells – 15 lbs x 12 x 2, 20 lbs x 8

Sidesteps – red x 10 x 2, red x 12

Step up – medium x 6

Single leg squat – 6

Seated leg press – 110 lbs x 10, 100 lbs x 8, 90 lbs x 12, 70 lbs x 15

Standing calf raise – 115 lbs x 8

Calf raise – 110 lbs x 12, 100 lbs x 15

Single leg calf raise – 90 lbs x 5, 70 lbs x 6
