Workout – 9.28

Cardio

Incline Walking – 1.0 to 8.0 incline at 3.2 mph for 30 mins with 5 mins warm-up and 8 mins cool-down

Strength Training

One Arm Row – 25 lbs x 6 x 2, 20 lbs x 10, 15 lbs x 15

Lat Pulldown – 75 lbs x 6, 75 lbs x 8, 65 lbs x 10, 60 lbs x 12

Seated Row – 60 lbs x 12, 65 lbs x 12 x 2, 60 lbs x 10

Assisted Pullup – 130 lbs x 8, 120 lbs x 8, 110 lbs x 4, 140 lbs x 10

Incline Dumbbell Press – 20 lbs x 8, 20 lbs x 10, 15 lbs x 15 x 2

Incline Pec Flye – 15 lbs x 8 x 2, 10 lbs x 12 x 2

Cable Crossover – 35 lbs x 6 x 2, 30 lbs x 8, 30 lbs x 10
