Workout – 9.29

Cardio

Elliptical Trainer – Total Body Interval, 40 mins with 5 mins cool-down

Strength Training

Leg Press – 110 lbs x 10, 120 lbs x 10, 90 lbs x 12

Calf Raise – 110 lbs x 15, 120 lbs x 12, 90 lbs x 15

Single Leg Calf Raise – 50 lbs x 8, 70 lbs x 8 x 2

Squat with dumbbells – 5 lbs x 8 x 3

Stationary Lunge on Bosu ball with dumbbells – 5 lbs x 6 x 3

Hamstring Bridge on ball – 8 x 3

Donkey Kick – 8 x 3

Sidesteps – red x 10 x 3, red x 12

Deadlift with dumbbells – 20 lbs x 8 x 2, 15 lbs x 12

Plank – 15 sec x 3

Back Extension – 90 lbs x 8, 90 lbs x 10, 130 lbs x 8 x 2
