Cardio

Elliptical Trainer – 40 mins, Variety – Gluteal 1, 5 mins cool-down

Strength Training

Incline Dumbbell Press – 20 lbs x 8 x 3

Incline Pec Flye – 15 lbs x 8 x 2

Cable Cross-over – 35 lbs x 8 x 3

Triceps Kickback – 10 lbs x 8 x 3

Assisted Triceps Dip – 120 lbs x 8 x 3

Overhead Extension – 15 lbs x 8 x 2

Shoulder Press – 15 lbs x 6

Front Raise with dumbbells – 5 lbs x 10 x 3

Cable Lateral Raise – 10 lbs x 8 x 3
