Cardio

Elliptical Trainer – 30 mins, Interval – Interval, 5 min cool-down

Strength Training

One Arm Row – 25 lbs x 10 x 2, 20 lbs x 12

Seated Row – 75 lbs x 8, 60 lbs x 12 x 2

Lat Pull-down – 75 lbs x 8 x 2, 60 lbs x 15

Assisted Pull-up – 110 lbs x 6 x 2, 120 lbs x 8

Dumbbell Curl – 15 lbs x 12 x 2, 20 lbs x 6

Alternating Hammer Curl – 10 lbs x 15, 15 lbs x 8 x 2

Preacher Curl with dumbbells – 10 lbs x 12, 12 lbs x 8 x 2

Cable Curl with EZ bar – 30 lbs x 12, 35 lbs x 10, 35 lbs x 12
